4:15-5:30(ages 7 – 10)ShowStoppers-Songs from ‘Annie’!!Talk about show stopping songs!! Nothing is more fun than performing amazing classics such as “Hard Knock Life” and "Never Fully Dressed” with big voices, tons of expression, and cool choreography! A dream class for a young performer!!Taught by Kaylin Mercer.(class limited to 14 students) 4:15-5:30 (ages 8- 12) How to be an American Idol!What’s it take to be an American Idol? A great voice, lots of feeling, uniqueness, and tons of confidence! Learn the how-to’s and have a true BLAST doing it!!!We will also practice singing in front of a camera!! A priceless experience! Taught by Ellen Papa (class limited to 12 students) 5:30 -6:45(ages 9-13)Triple Threat 2 !(Prerequisite*Must have taken a previous Studio Performance class or pre-approved by teacher based on experience*) This is for the more experienced students where they will learn more advanced songs, characters and choreography. This class will continue to grow your budding talented performer as they work on technique, vocal range, and stage presence!Taught by Kaylin Mercer.(class limited to 14 students) 5:30-6:45 (ages 10-14) Improv Director’s Dream!This class won the prize for students’ choice! This amazingly fun class teaches confidence, quick thinking, and how to be a leader. Students will act out scenes without a script, and each student will take turns directing these scenes. Their laughter and confidence will grow with each class! Taught by Alyssa Davis.(class limited to 10 students) 6:45—8:00 (ages 9-15)Triple Threat 3!(Prerequisite*Must have taken Triple Threat 2 or pre-approved by teacher based on other experience*) Forour most experienced students who are eager to push themselves to put together a truly awesome musical performance! Get ready for advanced vocals and choreography where home practice is a must!Taught by Ellen Papa(class limited to 12 students) 6:45—8:00 (ages 9-14)Auditions and Characters”! Confidence is the key!! Learn the secrets to an AWESOME audition where students will learn what it takes to get the attention of directors, and how to conquer ‘cold readings’! Students will also become many types of characters…they will learn how to transform from an 85 year old senior to a 5 year old preschooler to a know-it-all middle-schooler (that will be a stretch) to a stressed out parent! They will also make up their own unique characters! More fun than should be allowed! Taught by Alyssa Davis.(class limited to 10 students)
